Delivery
Typically all orders are processed and despatched
within 24 hours. This applies to stock items. If we are out
of stock on an item we will contact you immediately, if the
delivery is outside our normal 14-21
working days delivery promise, and advise you of the estimated delivery
date.
For your peace of mind and ours, all
goods despatched require a signature on delivery (UK shipments
only).
The preferred UK mainland delivery method is by
Royal Mail Special Delivery
(UK shipments only) this is due to tracking and
insurance benefits. However we do also offer a cheaper Royal Mail
Recorded Delivery service. Please note that
insurance is not provided on this option and any delivery
issues do take longer to resolve and as such is not our
preferred method of shipping.
The
preferred overseas delivery method is via UPS, this is due
to tracking and insurance benefits, however some countries
do have extended area chargers via UPS and as such we
reserve the right to substitute these with other similar
services. We do offer a cheaper
Royal Mail International Signed for service, please note that due
to tracking only being available to the port of entry we cannot be held responsible for deliveries
lost in the post if our records confirm the parcel has entered the
country of destination. We will provide proof of posting to assist in your
claim.

Cancelled
Orders There is a 10% cancellation charge for orders
cancelled after 24 hours. However, if the cancellation is due to the item not
being available at the time of order and cannot be supplied within our normal
delivery promise, we will waiver any cancellation charge (this does not however
apply to orders against new/seasonal ranges with an advised release/replenishment date). In respect to
new/seasonal ranges, you will be advised via email or telephone on the expected launch/replenishment
date and stock will be allocated against your order.
Please note that due to stock being allocated
(reserved) payment will be processed immediately on all
orders.
Payment
Information Payment is taken on-line via our secure (SSL) on-line
payment server. All credit cards are processed through our SSL site or via
PayPal. We also accept cheques, bankers drafts and postal orders, however
please note these payments options result in longer despatch times as we will
only process the order once the funds have cleared.
Paypal Payments Any Paypal payments received for goods purchased over our
secure site will incur the standard surcharge from Paypal for processing
this transaction. Louise's Boutique absorb these costs of service.
Privacy
To ensure your privacy we will despatch all
goods in plain unmarked outer packages. Any information about you is collected through the ordering system
and complies with the data protection act of 1998. Louise's Boutique reserves
the right to on occasion through email marketing inform you of any sales
offers. If however you do not want to receive these special offers please click
the following link to be taken off the mailing list.

CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are not fully
satisfied with any goods for what ever reason, please email us at
sales@louisesboutique.co.uk immediately and we will issue you with a returns
number and a returns address. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of
receipt, unworn, unwashed with the labels still attached and in a
resalable condition. We offer an exchange
or refund. Please note that the refund will not include the original cost of
postage and on special orders is subject to our standard 10% restocking charge. Goods will not be accepted without a returns number.
Please note due to all Corsets
being manufactured to order by our suppliers we do not
accept returns on these items.
Complaints Though every
effort is made to ensure your shopping experience at Louise's Boutique Limited
is faultless, we appreciate that sometimes things may go wrong. If you are
dissatisfied in any way or have suggestions on how we may improve our service

Customs and Duty (orders for delivery
outside EU only) Please note that all deliveries outside the EU may
be subject to local import taxes and it is your responsibility to pay for these
charges.
